Here you can see an example of the production of a collector. With our 20-ton crane, we can move elements with pinpoint accuracy. We also have rotating devices for large workpieces. Chamfering machines, fixture tables with hole grid mounts, and all other common machines and tools for large and small-scale production are available.
This assembly was manufactured in accordance with AD2000 DGLR.
We used a special heat-resistant paint for the surface coating.
The VT visual inspection was carried out and documented by our own trained personnel.
The inspection (X-ray, magnetic particle testing, etc.) was carried out at our workshop by TÜV and an external NDT company.
Finally, as with all projects, we prepared documentation in accordance with the AD2000 standard, including all certificates and references for personnel and materials 3.1, as well as sketches and isometric drawings.
Export abroad possible according to customer requirements.
